We're in-network with three major Utah insurance plans and offer private-pay sessions. We'll verify your benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises.

Your cost depends on your plan's copay, coinsurance, and deductible. Before your first session we'll check your benefits and let you know what to expect.

Using a different plan? Many PPO plans reimburse part of the cost of out-of-network therapy. We can give you a superbill to submit to your insurer.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers must give patients who don't have insurance, or who aren't using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy.
  • You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. This lets us offer the time to someone else who is waiting.

Does insurance cover ketamine-assisted therapy?

Coverage varies by plan. Medication and medical visits are billed separately by the prescribing provider, and we'll go over your expected costs before you begin. Learn more about KAT.
