A practice built on the belief that you can heal

Symphio Springs Therapy is a growing group practice in Cottonwood Heights. Every therapist here shares the same foundation: a safe, judgment-free relationship and the belief that healing comes from within you.

Founder

Lincoln Bradshaw, LCSW

Lincoln believes all people have an innate ability to heal themselves. His mission is to help people access those inborn healing abilities by providing a safe, judgment-free space of empathy, validation, and creativity.

In his view, therapy approaches matter, but the most important part of therapy is a relationship built on trust and collaboration.

Lincoln also offers a safe space for people navigating changes in their faith, whether they're questioning, reshaping, or stepping away. He welcomes people of all faiths and spiritual beliefs, from devout to nuanced to non-believing, with no agenda for where they end up.
